Out of interest, is anyone aware of any lenders who would be willing to lend between 7.5 and 8 x combined income, or is it as unrealistic as I perceive?

I had a customer request to borrow this much and was outraged when I told them the maximum possible lending was little over half what they were looking for. I was just curious as to whether they stood a chance anywhere else - seems not!Slummy mummy!0
