Uh oh.... can someone help?
I won a twitter competition from a company on the 12th November 2014 (We'll call them TW for now) who have 51.2k followers
They direct messaged me and said I had won a Rosetta Stone Course and asked for my email address which I provided. They then said someone would be in touch.
I got an email on the 26th Nov from someone saying they were getting in touch with me with regards to the competition win, gave me a link to the courses and asked which one I wanted to do. The persons email address is not that from TW, but another company (Lets call them ES for now)
Anyway, I replied the same day stating I'd like to learn German. I have another email back saying "No problem at all, I will get this sorted for you and be in touch shortly with the course details"
I then waited - Never heard anything so emailed ES on the 16th December (20 days after the last email from them) to ask what was happening. No reply. I went back to the original company (TW) and they haven't responded either.
I did a google search on the second company and the email address they have used isn't obviously registered to a company!! possible spam?!
Any ideas? Really disappointed as I really wanted to do the course

If you want help then you may need to give us the names of TW and ES.0

Schrecklich.
This is a dodgy company with a very dodgy language course; I worked briefly in their 'sales dept.' they use a fake 'reception' service to take their calls which tells you everything you need to know about them.
Strictly speaking wherever the prize was advertised are liable to get 'a prize' to you and you should pursue them.
Best of luck.
Btw you're not missing anything if you don't get the language course, we had free access to the lot and it's rubbish.0
