Prize must be taken before 31/10/15 excluding school and bank holidays. Transport is not included.

Harveys Real Living Magazine Issue 4 New Year 2015 - Page 16 -17

1. The prize draw is open to readers of Harveys Real Living, age 18 or over who are UK residents. The draw is not open to employees of Harveys, Cargo, Bensons for Beds, their familiesor anyone associated with this draw.
2. Email entries must be sent by the end of 31 January 2015. One entry per person.
3. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified.
4. One winner for each prize will be drawn at random on 6 February 2015. The prizes are: a break for four from Forest Holidays and a Hartham Kitchen larder. The prize is not transferrable and no cash alternative is available.
5. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The winner will beinformed by telephone or email by 13 February 2015, when information about the winner will be available by sending an SAE to: Harveys issue four prize draws, John Brown Media, 136-142 Bramley Road, London W10 6SR.
7. The winner agree to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw.
8. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
9. The promoter is Harveys The FurnitureStore, Amberley House, Dolphin Way, Purfleet, Essex RM19 1NZ. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
