I think you have to opt in and fill out a form on their website to join the Future Prize Draws alerts service, as stated below under FUTURE COMPETITIONS I've entered these comps numerous times and even won a prize (GHD Hair Straighteners!) from Planet Notion. I've never had any problems at all. In fact, the lady who phoned me to say that I had won was really nice and polite and I received my prize within days
