As per Snakepilsen's original post, The terms definitely state that you have to collect the prize -

The winner will be chosen at random and announced on Facebook and Twitter once all the entries have been counted and verified. All prizes must be claimed & collected from the Westminster Kingsway College Victoria Centre within 14 days of the competition closure date.
