    Yes, that's one option.

    Another would be for a parent or guardian to open legitimate accounts and permit you to use them, but they would ultimately be responsible for any problems, and it would be them who would be liable for tax on any profits made.

    so what now do I just close my entire ebay account I have built up? Or is there something else I can do?

    As I said in my deleted post, if eBay or Paypal find out, you will probably be banned from eBay. Paypal may well freeze your account.
