    It would appear it's just the end of the fixed.

    Presumably, the issue is arrears or a horrible SVR with existing lender?

    Glad it's nothing horrid like a home repossession as someone does live there.

    Hope it works out all the same.

    I don't think it is end of fixed term. If so typically the mortgage express svr is very attractive
