Thank you. I wasn't sure whether it was me only, but I think it failed upon the change of year. A Y2K type problem perhaps.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".0 -
OVO has got this going again, but it's not such a useful tool as before.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".0

Mine has come back after quite a few days of being unavailable, but the figures seem completely wrong. If I select compare with 2014, my gas usage seems all over the place (nothing like it was before Ovo usage went down). Some months are showing as low as 94 kWh when in reality none were under 220 kWh.
Also the "review and change monthly payment" option is still down, which is a pain as I did that every month and the amount they took went down each time (from £117 in March to £69 in December) as they'd overestimated how much we would use.
Anyone else having this problem?

I agree, the value in the tool has gone.
After some inspection, my gas forward 12 month estimate is assessed for each month as "people like me" +4%. My electric 12 month estimate is assessed for each month as "people like me" + 40%.
The shape of the estimate is based upon "people like me" rather than historic usage.
It seems that everyone is normalised to a "people like me" spread with a fix percentage adjustment.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".0 -

If you look at the comparison with your 2014 usage, which should be a useful feature, is the 2014 usage wrong or at least different from what it was before? It's shown as an orange line, but is nothing like the figures that Ovo provided for our monthly usage before, which I had already written down. Not particularly interested in what they expect our usage will be, just the record of what we actually have used.
