Fireplace, surround, open fire and fitting

Apologies if this has been covered before but my initial searches threw very little up.
We bought this bungalow 3 years ago and always thought it odd that the chimney pots had been removed and the top on the chimney concreted over. We'd like to open this up, fit a decent chimney, cowl and probably reline the flue. Along with this would go a new fireplace and an open fire.
Any recommendations for where to go look for fireplaces and a decent installer? There'll be no link up to the central heating, it's just for a focal point, local warmth and an alternative during a power cut. Newtownards area
Looked at Ards Firepl, aces but wasn't overly impressed. Trying Fireplaces Direct tomorrow hopefully.
Thanks
