Is there any company that would make an offer of a mortgage to someone doing it all online ?
Just need to show Estate Agents a mortgage offer on the table before they will listen to first time buyers ..... Our daughter.
If not who might give the best multiple for her income of around £20kpa , no debt or other relevant outgoings at all.

I don't know about purely online, but London & Country will do one based just on affordability (not credit history) with no credit search.Nothing I say represents any past, present or future employer.0

No they won't.
A mortgage offer is a guaranteed offer of loan from a lender. It will only be issued after a full application and underwriting.
The Estate Agent wants to see an Agreement /Decision In Principle. This is where the applicant is credit checked and affordability is assessed. It is no guarantee of mortgages it with it you are much more likely to be able to obtain an offer when it comes to the full application.I am a Financial Adviser specialising in Mortgages, Protection, Health and Medical Insurance. stephenni is spot on.
Although be careful about giving a decision in principle to an estate agent. If you have not agreed a price, it may impact upon negotiations as they can see how much your daughter wants to borrow.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
