Spending on credit card. How quick can bank find out.

I am about £5,000 short in my deposit so intend taking this out in cash amount from a cashpoint using my credit cards and paying it into my bank account to stop the bank from knowing that it has come from a credit card.

I can repay the money in full in 6 weeks with no issues at all and am aware of the fees..

My question is if i take money out of my credit card accounts, how quickly will my bank become aware of this if they do any more credit checks on me through experian etc. Do they have the capability to check up to the day transaction in your credit card accounts.

Many thanks for any help and Happy New Year.
