I did this a few years ago thro' a solicitor. There are 2 different ones you can have: Health & welfare & property & financial affairs. If you google lasting power of attorney you should get up the gov.uk info. My solicitor also advised me to have 2 people who'd be contacted if my attorney's decided to start acting for me. This acts as a safeguard against my attorneys acting inappropriately if you get my drift.0 -

I "pushed" DH to set up power of attornies about six months ago We are both fit and well just now so its in place if anything happens I also wanted to buy funeral bonds but he said NO
I met with Terri62 today for coffee. Lovely lady Think we will be able to help each other out She stays fairly close to work Goodness knows what the customers beside thought we were talking about gliches APG's BB , aau and SFSB Maybe they were too busy eating top notice :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I'm not on any trials, I think they have forgotten about me. Or maybe they are keeping something reeeeaaaalllly good for me
