M list now updated. Busy day tomorrow (not that today hasn't been busy:rotfl:), so I'm now going for the night!:j
I'll keep the rice and jelly pots on the list at the moment, as they are very good:D, however they should be removed tomorrow daytime as 25p vs 25p is no good at all, and no-one should be buying them by then!0 -

For the last few weeks these Batchelors cup a soups have been 50p each in A. Buy 1, buy 2, buy 3, buy 100, they were all 50p each and you could buy whatever flavours you wanted in whatever numbers you wanted and they all cost 50p each, no fillers required. no restrictions in place.
Now, on price changeover Wednesday, they have gone on multibuy '2 for £2' and we are faced with buying certain flavours, on a certain day, in certain denominations in the hope that they might compare elsewhere so they will end up costing 48.5p each? Even then, an expert like you made a mistake and ended up paying over the odds on one flavour.
I think I know which shop I'd rather be doing..:D
You're totally rightOften the temptation is to get the glitch rather than wanting the product. I do need to calm down
I bought several meat soups which OH informed me later he doesn't like and I'm a vegetarian
Oh well, I'm sure the lads at work will enjoy them

Way too many price changes in A (and T) today for me to catch up with - and lots of potential, and some actual, glitches against different places - if you spot any A/T prices that should be amended on the M list, pls let me know! Or if you catch me out on an incorrect M price:D:rotfl:.
No use to us:
I notice the individual Pot Noodles appear still to be 50p:(. The individual price on the 4 pack is apparently going up from £3.00:eek: to £3.85:eek::eek: and order to stick a horribly expensive mbuy (3 for £9) on that would have people paying thrice over for same price as before. £3.85 individual prices showing on two versions on msm; Chicken & Mushroom 4 pack still showing £3.00. Doesn't appear to be any use - who ever would buy a four pack at £3.85 - or even 3 for £9:eek: - when the singles are 50p each:rotfl:? I hope someone does fall for it, as they are £1.94 in Morries - even at mbuy price deduction, that would be a nice help on a womble!
I can only imagine A putting really big signage announcing "3 for £9!" and putting the individuals at 50p in smaller signage (or maybe in a different place) - who on earth would miss that? Clearly, some shoppers, in a rush, would. People generally do not check prices, people have limited time instore and do pick things up not realising much cheaper options are nearby.
Goodnight!:)0 -
The Elite strikes again! The homeless (and their doggies) outreach lady near me was over the moon with all of the treats I took down this morning. If she posts any pics up of the dogs enjoying said treats I'll post 'em here
Someone also made dog sleeping bags for them to keep out the cold!
Long day so I'm gonna aggressively hit that hay. G'night!Debt free 6th December 2014

I was referred to the Cust Serv Desk due to issue with scanning coupons at SS. The lady scrutinised every word, expiry date etc. and I reassured her they were manufacturers coupons and had a unique tracking code. She accepted them, I paid and left. I realised she'd put through only 4 out of 6 I handed to her so went back. Immediately another woman intervened and called the woman who served me to the side saying she should not have put them through. I asked her to explain what was the problem and she responded "I am talking to my colleague". When she had finished I asked her what she said to her. She said the policy is to only accept Tesco coupons - i.e. coupons that had the Tesco logo on it.:rotfl: I said that is not the policy and she kept saying the same. She offered to fetch the supervisor, but seeing as my time had already been wasted long enough, I asked for a refund for the items that were not redeemed (even though she accepted my coupons at point of purchase!). I then changed my mind as I knew I was in the right so asked them to call the supervisor. In the meantime I said ok I'll get up the policy on my phone from the Tesco website. Another staff member then intervened after the trout left to find the suerpvisor. She asked me many questions "where did I get them A: the Internet?" (3 x she asked me this). "Did you print them out: A: yes I did"
Very quickly the woman got fed up and handed me over the cash...
My tips for dealing with trouts: Stick it out when you know you are right and they know you know they're talking bull. Don't get embarrassed by the queue building up behind you (don't look behind your shoulders). Get your smartphone out and show them Tesco's coupon policy!! Failing that, it's a call to HO and hopefully a 10 pound gift card to apologise.

Thanks Op's for the jelly, rice pud & Doritos
family all like these.
I have to say SFSB, the saying "go hard or go home" was made for you0 -
My sole box of oodis today got subbed for a bag of oodis granola. It looks quite nice, I'll definitely be eating it. A better sub than the pop tarts I got last time0

Ok, so I went back at 8:30pm for more doritos and other essentials.
Not in the league of sfsb but worth reporting.
