I hope I am not going to regret this, but here goes..
Big bags of Doritos for 2.6p each!!
Multis were on at lunchtime and disappeared at some time this afternoon. This is a back to front glitch where the items cost £1 instore and compare at '2 for £4' because the multis said that is what they should have cost. Msm treats multibuys differently from single prices.
Huge thanks to the amazing DeeDee for finding this beauty and I am very confident it should be fine until tomorrow morning's update. The fact that I spent £56 buying 56 bags should tell you that.
For those still unsure, I will post my results at 9:30, although Munqui's 4pm result should speak for itself..
Anyway, here's a pic of the crisps in the boot of my car..:D

They didn't have hot salsa in my store and it's the only one I get.
Has anyone poked Savvy about these
He's probably on the 5th or 6th Mbobs by now
edit: manners! Thanks DeeDee74 for finding this!
No, calm down, I am here!:D I came back to check earlier and lurked before going out.
Well, if there are a lot of people on the ball, you can be sure there is one that isn't. Me:(. Just unable to prepare a shop at a moment's notice (even though it was hardly unforeseen that something would glitch):(:(:o - I do better preparing things over a week.
Typical that the Doritos are not comparing vs T's £1 price - it seems the data for T was last updated before msm changed to T's new prices but now unable to r'back:D the website:(. It would have been fantastic had they worked with the cod - suggestion earlier that the cod was 2 for £3 instore but comparing from 2 for £4. I need more back, can't be doing with giving Mr A more - unfortunately the Fray Bentos muggle item, that I had at £2.19 vs £1 T, appears to have gone down to £1 in A today and little else to reach APG amount and, importantly, retain a lot of it back in a new APG. I really needed an item for a 3 for £5 that gave £5 back:D. I couldn't find anything as the numbers seemed to match:( and I had no time to ask. Otherwise, I would just be buying items we don't need, e.g. the Galaxy Cookie Crumble, and just giving them more money than if I'd got a 10p Haribo. Not that I really need packs of Doritos:rotfl:. (After the McCoys etc.)
In the event, the fish counter had closed, so that switched me to doing a Waities comp. Not happy with the shop I've done though:rotfl:. I just couldn't have heart to do one that gave nearly the lot back - just too obvious with the voucher I've used and a row of £1s I felt. In order to reach the voucher, I lost about 50p in 10% that I would have had on a T comp. But just having to fill a Waities shop to the required items:(, although I suppose in a way I saved as I didn't buy the fillers on an extra shop (against T) with yet more items required, probably losing the 50p there again, in order to get the numbers on that shop. So, I did a bit of a muggle shop to get there.
And...as for Morries, no, just two stores today;) but usual unsatisfactory end of having to guess whether a couple of items are still on mbuy as not put up, this time or last, in either of the two stores used today. They were both found clearly in my other store last time, so assuming they are still on but, then again, there's been change on another item in that area, ... but you don't want to know any of this...
Instead, I'll mention the I Can't Believe 1Kg spreads (both of them) now on £1.37 in M. Also the Princes Tuna Chunks (4x160g packs) are on £2.49 - they were on that last time, but missed off - I got the info. from the final store but didn't write it down - when I came to the list, I just used the written-down stuff. However, the Osprey Tuna Flakes in M are still cheaper even after any 10% reduction from A (even assuming that is available).
Not too much change in M (unlike A and T:mad::mad:) - but as usual that means there will be a lot of minor changes being made to the M list. I don't know if anyone may be trying the Glade Blackberry Frost Candle once again (probably just a single unit to 'test the water') - best left off until Friday very late afternoon to make sure it is updated, or until we know the price data has changed - there's a possibility it may revert to £2 on the Wednesday collection. Maybe this is a Wednesday thang:D:rotfl:. My first useless store - no Blackberry Candle in stock or any SEL. Second store had it though and it is at £2 in M - looks like they got the £5 price from some totally other flavour of Glade Candle on Monday:(. Still, I suppose, not bad at 50p off £1.25 - although not a patch on what a £5 vs £2 comp. gave.
The Krakus Pork Knuckle is 50p in M, although the only stores I have with any stock show a much higher price. I took a good assumption on Monday, as felt very unlikely it would have changed (SEL 50p, but no stock, still up in other store). I scanned it today to check it really was still 50p - and it is. As for the Savers Scraper though - I'm sorry, I'm not taking it for scanning again, no matter how often the price is there one day, disappeared on the next check, then back again, then disappeared on the next one:mad:. I gather it's 40p. Wouldn't put it past them to put it down to 28p though, take away any price label and then put it back up to 40p on Monday and reinstate the label without anyone knowing:rotfl:.
Next, another item, this one that disappeared from the shelf but was there all along. The Bell's Scotch Pies (3 pack for the price of '2') are now at the price of "PRICED":p. So, you'll just have to deal with that then! No price at all stated on the packs of course.
However, I have a SEL up in the other store, that gives the price of £1 for the 3 pack (for the price of '2'), although the only stock I found there was the straight 2 pack and of course you would not ever buy that as it isn't worth it.
The Astonish Deicer trigger is now 48p. Boo:(, as I bought it at £1. Well done though to anyone who has managed to ignore it on my list at £1 for several months. I can only console myself that there was no actual stock in either of my Ms today, so I could not have purchased it at 48p in any event. Good luck on finding it now as it seems the stocks are gone. I suspect it'll be found in a store that still has the old £1 SEL on:rotfl:.
Finally, all of a sudden, the Kit Kat Chunky 4 + 4 extra free packs appear again. Only removed them on Monday as reached the point where I concluded they were now not available. If you find them, they should be £1, as that is the price on the simple 4 pack.
On 'extra frees' this is a good one: Nescafe Original Coffee jar 300g is at £4 (until 26/1). However, I can offer you Nescafe Original Coffee jar 300g for the price of 200g - 50% extra FREE - ...at £4.99!;):D:rotfl:
Bit like the store-specific RTC shelf - some Belvita Breakfast yoghurt biscuits packs - how much do you reckon they want for one? ...Offer prices elsewhere, go down to £1 I suspect. ...Answer... £1.45!:eek::rotfl:
That'll do - the rest will be on the list. Doubt the Comfort Pure will compare to £3 - have it at full price in the second store (you would never know it's now on offer...). Stockout in the first, although that does not matter. As usual, if I doubt it, it'll probably work though, whilst if I expect it to work, it probably won't!:rotfl:
Think I won't bother with these summaries next time, but just pop in, update the list and then disappear again!:rotfl:0 -
