Hi, in the top blue bar at the top it says on mine 'set' and 'you've earned ', hover over thet and you should get a drop down box which gives you signout at the bottom.
    hope that works.xx

3rd time lucky,;) does she use the dvd to help her? Is she nervous doing it? i thought i would fail mine but passed that 1st time and driving test 3rd:rotfl:

Lets hope so! Especilly at £25 a go:eek:

Yes she has a DVD and an app on her phone. She was getting 100% yesterday so really thought she would pass this time. I don't think its nerves - she has passd the Hazard Perception with flying colours both times, its the multiple choice. She has memory problems so finds retaining info very difficult. She does get a voiceover and extra time for her dyslexia which is useful though.

Not really, would he be bothered if he was fixed at 5.9 and interest rates had gone up to 8 or 9%?

To be fair, if he has not got much paid off the house, he might struggle to get a deal much better. And remember, they will probably value the house now not far off what he paid for it 6 years or so ago, perhaps a lot lower.

He has got 18 years of mortgage left and owes about £78,000, pays £575 pm and house is worth about £140,000. Nationwide have a 10 yr fixed mortgage for 2.94%

Oh dear, DD1 failed her theory test by 2 marks this time. She is realy depressed as she felt she had worked really hard for it :(

On the plus side, Slough Extra had loads of 10p wrapping paper and quite a few cards and decs. Think I now have enough paper for next two Xmas's! :)

I love you every cloud has a silver lining approach to life! pmsl x

She will be a better driver for re-doing the test so don't worry x

There are some good deals out there to be had, but he does need to look at set up costs/what he has repaid.

In relation to the value of the house it depends on the local market, some have risen appropriately, some are stable and very few have actually dropped (these tend to have already picked back up).

Emerald, I have not taken a mortgage out for a while but I go through a specific advisor who is great and will tell you honestly whether it is worth moving. If you want me to get the contact details, let me know and I will dig them out x

Hi thanks but probably best if we contact a local one but eg Nationwide has a 10 year fixed at 2.94% but a £999 fee also .
