Grey and a few snow flakes falling but not settling yet! Please all take care out there today, I see poor tweets has plenty of the white stuff to get through to go to work

Knee and ankle really painful this morning after yesterdays venture. Have been given an exercise sheet to do. 8 different exercises :eek: for leg muscles to build up before my op. Build up to 20 or 30 reps a session (twice a day) :eek:

Wasn't going to go out today but the coke has caught my eye :cool: (or maybe not) lol 57p is rather high
