I read yesterday that the cheapest place to get a chicken (even better than aldi/lidl) is waitrose.

I may have read it on here :o so sorry if repeated
make sure your chicken costs £2.40 or more

    Morning all
    Lost my receipt lol
We went out especially for those overpriced pens as well!

Rare morning off and spending it catching up on much needed paperwork so I'll be quick!

    Interesting discussions yesterday
For what it's worth I am one who has lived and learned her lesson the hard way with glitching, I think there are several issues with the glitch bug that we could discuss for ages. I've always been pretty honest about myself much to my own detriment.
I don't want to get in to the discussion about rights and wrongs but just wanted to add something of my own experience if I may. I learnt some lessons that the lovely fairclair alluded to in her post (sorry for not quoting) :

"Stuff" can only buy so much happiness. It's experiences and memories not material things that will bring meaning to your life not stashes.

It's great to give especially family but beware of falling in the trap of being expected to give after becoming known as the glitcher of the family (and friends) thereby increasing the pressure on yourself to glitch further.

It's easy to lose sight of how big your stash is actually getting and the rate of increase of stash size is often not directly proportional to rate of usage.

The amount of stuff you think you'll need over the next 10 years compared to the amount you will actually need is usually quite different.

Very disheartening to find stuff that's very out of date and unedible and needs to be thrown out.

Clutter creates stress releasing hormones including cortisol and adrenaline which can cause Ill health as well as depression, heart attacks and high blood pressure.

The buzz of glitching when it works is great but getting "caught", banned or trouted can be very upsetting.

I have been there and done it with DTD and the APG glitches. My advice is (to myself as well) these glitches keep coming round, pace yourselves, don't let the hoarding get out of control and don't let it take over your life time wise, when I think of the hours I would spend lugging my little ones looking for cheap items in T's I shudder!
I appreciate everyone is different I am privileged that I dont "need" to glitch to survive financially as some of you, I love a bargain but now I think twice about whether i "need" that bargain and still getting my own life back together and picking up the pieces after some massive changes-glitching being one of them and cause of some of my problems. I still do have to reign myself in at times .......because this game is addictive and I actually appreciate the comments where people question if I do something that appears to cross the line.
Unfortunately I don't think I'll ever be cured of my addiction. Any help from glitch therapists out there is welcome!

I apologise if I've said too much or offended anyone I've been bitten on the bum before for opening my mouth more than needed. :(
    Back to my accounts :(

:T Excellent post. I do think some people cant see as greed/addiction/the need for the buzz/enjoyment (*please delete as applicable) can get in the way.

I only bother with things we would use and then they do keep glitching on a regular basis (apart from HE which is taking its time:eek:)

... if you would like some tips on how to refine your stash management technique, there are a number of people on here that would be happy to give advice. You never know when a HE glitch will come along again, so have to ensure sufficient quantities are bought while the glitch is on :p. We still have "a few" in case of emergencies/no glitches :A.

That said, HE and a number of other items are on the list of fairly regularly glitching items so no need to go overboard with those as they come round again relatively frequently due to how it is priced (the RRP is clearly priced as price establishment for the offer price, like some of our other regular items).
