Something changed with the process recently as when it last came up for renewal before Christmas they sent renewal information in the post. Filled in a form, sent it back and the account was renewed for another 12 months (final balance of regular saver was transferred into a low interest Save4it or something like that).

I suppose M don't stock this either do they?
Uncle Ben's Sauce Sweet & Sour (675g)
£2.38 35.3p / 100g
£2.15
£2.39
£2.39
£2.39
---
Again. Obviously £1.19 in M:rotfl:. That one has been chosen because there are a number of UB sauces on 84p in M - but only the ones at 500g now meet my price guide on these, any at 84p and 450g are too expensive IMO. All of them however show 450g on msm:(. So, avoid, for APG purposes - unless somehow they are 500g in A and if somehow buying a 500g one appears on the comp as 450g and picks up the price for M (how will that happen, I wonder, if they have 450g in their dataset from msm and then find 500g in M?). Assuming they are 500g in M, it'd be a buy in M (and keep away from most comparison shops). The 675g one is making an appearance on my list because [Strike]it is still cheaper price per unit at £1.19 than 84p on 500g[/Strike] - that can't be right, it is not: I'm going by price per units as stated by M on the offer labelling, giving a cheaper price per unit for the 675g version, meaning the ones labelled as 500g must, instead, be 450g in M and therefore why the price per unit on them is more expensive.
Conclusion: They "must" all be 450g in M. 84p for only 450g is no good IMO, or even 10% off. Therefore...left to you to decide whether 10% off £1.19 for 675g, even if it were to work, would be worth it...
There are a lot of UBs (including 250g packets) at 84p in M. However, just to try to catch you out, it's only ones in the Classic range and not any others. However :eek:84p for 250g is a very high price IMO, given that 250g own brand ones in T earlier at 49p, and even Tildas vs 79p in Waities (250g) - seems to me too high...:rotfl:
I'll add them onto the list for info. as to which ones they are - but to avoid them as they are expensive. There in case the multi goes - £1.58/any 2 for £2 - need a glitch to make them any good price:eek::rotfl:. Avoid "Long Grain & Wild Rice" version as M believed not to stock that - and this is also consistent with msm.co.uk.
On the sauces, though, surely with all the good RTC prices on tins and jars products in M at the moment... why go for prices in excess of £1?:think:0 -
Note, for info., that Garnier Moisture Match creams are available in M - at £1.99, despite not showing any on msm. I'm now saving items, including these, into a special list offline:rotfl: as not favourable pricing at the moment. I'll keep an eye on them (I'll try to:o:o). M known to stock 4 out of 5 versions - believed not to have Light Softening.
And...where is my next item? The Get Fed steak slices at £1. There they are - can you see them?:rotfl::

1L Maxmo Ice Cream - four versions - Cream & Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate and Vanilla & Forest Fruit (presumably) - 60p in M. A near miss, and will be stock permitting. I can see them all on m.com, and therefore msm, very clearly:rotfl::rotfl:.
Also 400g Plums are 69p in M (I doubt they'll compare on the APG) - not quite making it to the list. Same with the 69p 500g fresh brussels sprouts. I'm nearly finished - the "More" points things didn't lead anywhere unfortunately.
And expensive Clover 1Kg, as a filler for Avs W - should have been Avs M at £2. Sorry about that omission. Still expensive:rotfl:.
The Glade Candles have been checked - the ones I found at £2, only one of them turns out to be available in A according to msm and it is the Blackberry Frost one, showing £5:T:T. The expensive Alpen porridge bars were also checked - didn't find any other version in M. Others don't seem to be good comparison (famous last words:rotfl:).
I think that's all that's worth mentioning. There's been a bit of change in M:rotfl:.
Goodbye for now:).0 -
That's it, M list now finished. There have been some changes! I think - I'm sure you already know and don't need me to tell you - the easiest way to find the list is, say you click on page 220 something (on 40 posts per page, will be a different number if on a different setting). You should then have the URL address forums.moneysavingexpert.com... and ending in something like "&page=220". Simply click into the web page address there and change the 220 to 38. Then press return. It should take you straight to page 38 - which, if you're on 40 posts per page, is where you'll find the list. I think it's page 75 signed out (which defaults to the default number of posts per page rather than to 40 if you have selected that).
Or, to be ultra-helpful, I can provide links:

Apologies once again to Northern Ireland, as this unavailable to you.
Okay. I suspect that, as usual, we now have more information about M than M's competitors have:rotfl::rotfl::(:rotfl:.
