Oops, S/P Vanilla Cones are Avs Sains:
ASDA Smartprice Vanilla Cones (4x100ml)
75p 18.8p / 100ml
50p
75p
Lost 5p there by buying in S. (In fact, rather more as I'm always struggling to find items that are cheap enough in S in order to make an 8 item shop. Even having to buy Basics White Bread:eek:, and not just Wholemeal, as not got enough items for an A comp shop.) The Vanilla Cones are a good filler maybe. Possibly the right time to buy - unseasonal, nice and cold:(, I think they may be discontinuing them in S. It was S/P Lollies that went N/A vs Sains, but couldn't find those in Sains! In a way, I'm glad that I was unaware of the status of the Vanilla Cones on msm as I would have been in Sains the entire day trying to find something of 50p to buy:rotfl:. I couldn't get two cheesecakes as they wouldn't have fitted into the freezer.
:rotfl::rotfl:
EDIT: :eek:Looks even worse for me now - as S are 4x110ml. I could have managed with smaller cones, and should compare to 45p:D and then 10% off that due to A's smaller weight. Sadly, the CBY frozen chocolate puddings won't compare vs S 75p as they are outside the weight range. So, just buy in Sains direct (maybe). They are cheaper in S than even the £1 fresh ones in A - even they, by weight, even though the offer has moved on them, are more expensive. They are an unnecessary really though - someone wanted me to buy a pack for them, I originally said 'no, it's a waste of money' - and the frozen ones in A, that they wanted, have gone up to £1.15 - but I did nonetheless check for them and my original reluctance to buy a pack did go (when I saw the SEL at £1 and GC back:D:D. Cost (for me) minus £1:money::D). That was lucky for me and them - I only noticed it because they wanted them!:T:T0 -

Thank you for asking, I'm trying to stay positive as there are plenty of people on here probably worse off than me. My knee has reached such a state that if I fall and knock it, it would possibly shatter so roll on the 6th Feb :eek:
Feeling miserable because I've had to put back my trip home to the Tyne until I can drive again after my opHow I wish that my bluddy dh could and would drive :mad:
I can count on one hand how many times I've been out since 2 weeks before Christmas and one of those was to do 3 shops of cat food for ds3, he is going to collect my shopping for me today :TThere's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -

Morning Elite :-) I have just purchased delivery saver and was really disappointed to find the 40.00 min spend does not include evouchers :-(Yes, Sada's Delivery Pass is useless to us. Better to pick cheap slots or use C&Clittlebluebird wrote: »Does it say that in T and c? I got an hd on wed, realised I was charged delivery, phoned and got it refunded. Noticed last night that my store are now doing cc so won't be renewing anyway. But like I said, got it back no problem. Hth.wookeyhole1 wrote: »I found this out the hard way too, BUT if you are ordering 10 udis for example the basket sees the price of £29.50 (even though you are only going to pay £10 if they have them in stock) this means you only have to spend another £10 cash after vouchers iyswim.
I have been doing this and my udis were not instock. so I ordered say for example £70 of shopping (including 10 udis), used £30 vouchers to bring it down to £40, then no udis instock so only paying £10.50 for my shopping when its delivered.
hth xx
The £40 minimum puts me off too. £25 can be hard enough but I use wookeyhole's logic to keep the actual price paid down.
Thought I'd bump all these up as they are a helpful conversation. Thank you.0
