Really should have got on with jobs today but will start afresh tomorrow. Have piles to sort in lounge and outside upstairs cupboard. Probably would have finished if had not gone hunting 1p chocs. :eek:

I'm assuming you mean PPI? If so then they will have made a calculation based on what PPI you paid plus 8% statutory interest on top. Sounds like that is what they have given you? If so, then that is what you are entitled to be refunded.
