APG greater than total spend?
Not worried about that or the APG amount. I think people read too much into that and APG amounts being above £9.99 etc
I know all stores and personnel differ, but I think that paranoia levels here are sometimes OTT based on one off problems with untrained staff etc.....then rumours spread and people start getting too overly concerned....just my take on it
I know who I like to present my APGs to i.e, not any old Tom, !!!!!!, Harry or Trout....only ones I've trained myself :rotfl:0 -

If anyone has problems getting a refund from A for HD/CC try speaking to the store in question. I've lost count of the number of phone calls I've made to cs chasing a December refund! Store sorted it straight away and authorised refund while I was on the phone:happylove Nanny to 2 Cherubs :happylove0

Afternoon all.
The thought of spending the rest of the day holed up in the dugout was not conducive so we broke for cover and went over the top to the Sada emporium of dreams
- more of this in 3 hours time.
I can report though that Taylors Harrogate tea was on the list but this store had none
Instead I found Tetleys blend of both 80 tea bags in a bright pink bag for magnificent sum of 60p :j
barcode ends 084531
sadly just one left
We also found the Feline Fayre chicken 85p mini tins for 19p :j so the cat food crisis of 2015 is abated for nowSophie is eating one now - actually its so solid she manages only half a tin at a time

I find it far simpler to accept ALL CC orders, then go straight to instore CS and get a refund on the spot rather than reject items at collection, then have to wait, get no refund and then have to do battle with Capetown, particularly if paying with E-vouchers which Capetown have a reluctance to refund automatically.0 -

Hi there, Yes I used one yesterday when buying a meal deal and a few other things, just remember to scan coupon before pressing finish. Same as before. Hths
oo this is interesting, someone on the dark side a week or so ago said the conditional spends were not working as previously on the full fat spendSo I've not even looked at what is in the meal deal this weekend.
