This awful wind has its good side;)the washing is drying beautifully on the line but needed double pegging so it does not end up in the neighbours garden:eek:

Thankfully I am not working today, what a night, I have an old stone built house and have never heard the wind as bad as that, I was up till after 5 am, exhausted today, but minimal damage, a couple of slates and broken flower pots, OH went out last night and took down anything that could have gotten damaged.
No trains running from east to west and north of Inverness today.
