  • Anyone that took part in RSH Fantasy F1, I just asked when the final loyalty points would be added, got an email saying they would be added by 9/01/1015.

    Currently 98p in A's and £1 in M's so free :)
Or £1.39 in T's if you're doing a comparison shop against either of those 2.

Surprisingly there shares are up today.

I kind of feel that this has been coming for a long time.

They've been doing too well similar to the UK economy before the downturn, something wasn't right and something had to give.

I don't think this is part of the bigger picture, luckily Tesco have got to a grand point where they are able to recover from such a big hit. Which is why I'm so tempted to buy shares in them. Hmmm.
Unsurprisingly shares are up, a) with the rising market, and b) because management are taking action thought to improve performance.
    I bought £3k worth on 5/1/15 @189p, I view them a bargain below £2 a pop.

Investing in a better offer for Tesco customers is driving a step up in underlying business performance · Broad-based improvement in the UK business resulting in like-for-like sales performance of (2.9)% in last 19 weeks versus (5.4)% in Q2. This includes like-for-like sales performance of (0.3)% for the six-week Christmas period
    · All UK formats and categories improved like-for-like performance. In the six week Christmas period, this included:
o Grocery home shopping +12.9%, general merchandise online +22.2% and clothing online +52.4%
o Express format +4.9%, overall general merchandise +4.8% and fresh food volume growth for first time in five years
    · Europe returned to positive like-for-like sales growth of +1.0% in last six weeks
    · Announcing progress on our immediate priorities, including a significant cost-efficiency programme and a reduction in capital expenditure to £1bn in 2015/16
    · Decision not to pay a final dividend for 2014/15

Which one did you buy, Munqui?

I think wackynut bought 'Moisturising Shampoo' but it shows as the 'Colour Care & Smoothing' on the APG...

If you bought the old trigger you're fine, I assume it's still working and will test later.

    Morning all

Just back from a few lovely days in Stratford upon Avon with OH. Haven't caught up yet so I do hope everyone is ok.
Just off to have a backwards skim through see if I've missed anything.
Would be grateful if someone could give a shout out for current blips. tia

Looks good, dole pineapple in raspberry jelly was a trigger a while back.
Funny you should say that, that's exactly what I bought hoping that it would be a trigger. Unfortunately for me, yes it is a trigger, but not in the '5 for £2' offer that I wanted it to be.:o
