Not necessarily. If you buy ten different ones, but if only one of the ten hasn't been identified in the same offer as the rest, then the 10 for £3 won't be picked up. However, if the offer is 6 for £3, then, within the ten you've bought, there is a greater chance that at least six of them will identify the offer, and be in the same one on the system, and hence return with the M mbuy price between them.

My understanding is that W tends to change its prices on Mondays. Many of the current 'normal offers' (I understand, not the glitchy items) are not due to expire until near the end of this month. As regards OOS ones that might become risky, the earlier the shop is done the better (so as to be hopefully within the 'up to 7 days') - I wouldn't worry too much about price changes in W in the middle of the week. That said, of course, always check msm/msl and if something looks like it has only gone down in price today, or looks very close to today on the price graph (:mad: I know - they're not nearly detailed enough for my liking either:rotfl:), then leave it to the following day. (And then check again before your shop:mad::rotfl:.) I know the second piece of info. runs counter to the first (about shopping now to be within 7 days/so as not to risk W having the item again and at a much higher price that is then picked up by msm by the next day).

Thanks but I'm not able to view this forum regularly enough (I'm usually at least 48 hours behind real time) to update the spreadsheet for anyone's use except myself. If others have taken a copy people might be customising it for their own use.
The idea for myself was just to have items for fillers on it at 50p or less in Sada, and to have the comparisions for all 5 being A,T,M,S,W.
Therefore thre are only 3 items on your shop meeting part of the criteria, and I'd still need results against the other supermarkets.
Unfortunately because I would have to keep emailing my spreadsheet back and forth between home and work everytime I wanted to work on it, its not practical for me to keep it updated on a daily basis.
Thank you very much for taking the time to report and post your results though. I'm sure others can take the info for items which are useful to them

Foxes are biscs that were going nicely as a filler on the a v w list at the weekend - I don't know the maths but I think they were working out cheaper than value biscuits which is the standard line in our house

They're not even standard in our house - we save money by not even buying (tempting) biscuits at all. And only buying Fox's when they glitch and much better!:D:)

I should mention that last time i hit the £100 limit, you could only look at the apg for the last order - now you can look at the apg for the last 3 orders, so the website has changed a bit in the meantime.
