FYI Harrods now do a reward card. Not that I ever really set foot in there but always handy to have in the back pocket! I've just registered online so we will see what (if anything) they offer!
I have had a Harrods card for a few years. Christmas I got an email entitling me to a free gold bar if I showed email at till. Looked these up and £10.95. First offer I have had but have bought a few bits in sale including a lovely pink bath duck:rotfl:
Definately a bit of a grouch today. But tomorrow is a new day.

If I complain about the cost of fruit, maybe I ought to try this:
http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2015/jan/01/jamie-oliver-leads-drive-to-buy-misshapen-fruit-and-vegetables
I hope all this new range appears on msm (except to the extent that it might be put on as part of an mbuy;), then perhaps just miss a couple of items off:rotfl:) so that it might count as fillers to get 8 items onto a shop. Unfortunately we won't be getting 10% off the 'discounted' price, as long as non-comparable to elsewhere, but 30% off should be quite good and may be good moneysaving. Except if it's 30% off the regular Mr A prices, when the competitors on non-comparable fruit/veg. packs are often cheaper on their own offers, and we need to watch out to ensure that the regular prices aren't higher by that amount so that the 'discount' mis-shape ones become the normal prices and the regular ones are much higher than elsewhere. Remember, most people compare within a store not across stores, so the normal customer will be looking at the normal fruit/veg. prices and comparing those as regards their perception of the price of the discount ones - which may not be discount if the normal fruit/veg. price in that store is raised. Gosh, I am so cynical:rotfl:. Though I don't want 30% off a standard Royal Gala pack of apples price when that has been increased to £1.60, whatever it now is - I'd rather have previous 84p price instead of 30% off (even that 84p is often beaten elsewhere on packs that aren't comparable but 'good by Mr A's prices' (which doesn't say much:rotfl:)).
I think this is a good coup for A - though I am too often I misjudge on these things and I suspect anything I really go for and want will be unfashionable and quickly disappear:(. I hope it takes off, and actually saves us money - although a good coup for them instead as this is now getting me acting as a mouthpiece of their idea and providing further promotion for them, which is not what I want. Nonetheless, it could be fun. We see those occasionally mis-shaped fruit and veg. that look like various anatomical parts and provide much humour - it could turn into a laugh as to what we might find each time we shop:rotfl:. I'm sure that novelty will wear off. But I think there could be beauty in ugliness sometimes (it's eye of beholder and, as you know, I have no truck with how people generally might see something).
It's reported elsewhere (and I'd better give a link and citation of that now:rotfl::rotfl: - http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/11320594/Jamie-Oliver-show-prompts-Asda-to-sell-cheap-wonky-veg.html) that it's starting initially in five stores. Just five stores:( - :mad:so few, and it won't be any of mine again as we're always out in the sticks. I can't wait for it to roll-out fully - I hope it does - and :rotfl:might cut the cost of those loose veg. from 5p down to 2p or 1p each:rotfl::rotfl:. Righto - Morrisons check later today:eek:: I didn't feel up to it earlier yesterday now and felt fed up of it once again - but, see how I feel when I get up again. I will be going - I'll still be going to M and I'll still be getting those prices:D:rotfl::(:(:rotfl::rotfl: (no, I don't mean the frowns really!:D:p:))
When it comes down to it, people generally do I think buy fruit/veg. based on whether it looks good, and do choose it in preference to something that doesn't. Even if they do so not consciously. They will say one thing but they do another. People are taken in (or at least influenced) by looks - it is all superficial again with most people! It depends therefore on how it is packaged and marketed to people. I am really really cynical:rotfl:! But, no, impressions count with most people and those impressions, not realities (i.e. that the food is actually perfectly fine), do sadly rule with the vast majority of the population that decide everything for everyone else. Just my two-penn'orth (which, like someone else said earlier, I hope gives fifty times as much back:rotfl:).

New multi gone on for the muller de luxe, you can see it here
Mix and match - MULLER CORNER DELUXE - 2 FOR £2
Valid from 05/01/2015
If buying 6 and matching T's 3 for £3 then should be post-apg of £1.32 for the 6 packs until the multi appears on apg computer.
( 6x£1.68 vs £6 -10% = £4.68 back on £6 spend )
These 4 appear to compare to T according to msm...
Edit: Multi is now on msm probably during the early morning update.#CHEEKY :cool:0 -
New felix 12 pouch multi is on A now.
£3.50 each or 2 for £6.
I don't buy cat food but this might help someone with a fussy cat :rotfl:
I see 9 on A, take this one for example.... (note not all 9 compare to T, M or W)
link to A only seems populated signed in
link to msm for example
Buying 6 to match T's 3 for £8 should result in post-apg £1.90 each.
APG should see £3.50 * 6 (£21) v £16 (-10% £14.40) = -£6.60 with £18 spend = 6 for £11.40
Or buy 2 versus M or W's 2 for £6 offer should be post-apg £2.20 each.
APG should see £3.50 * 2 (£7) v £6 (-10% £5.40) = -£1.60 with £6 spend = 2 for £4.40
As long as they are 2 for £6 in your store and while the multi isn't on the apg computer.
As always, timing is an issue, this might only work until 6am, 1pm or all day :rotfl:
I'm quite tired but think these are correct!
Good night everyone :hello:
Edit: Multi showing on msm after early morning update, the 'Felix As Good As It Looks' range don't appear to be included - might be worth checking if they are labelled 2 for £6 in your store.#CHEEKY :cool:0 -
