Thanks TM. Still got the manflu and I'm trying to figure out whether 41p a bottle is glitchy enough for me to go out..:rotfl:

It will be good enough for me to start the year. The rain is horrendous but I will brave the storm DH still sleeping but not for long :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Going to get some paperwork done too as DD and family are not too well so we are are on our own for dinner and its almost made.

I did two toblerone shops, trying to keep each apg under £10... although this is 100% legit comparison!

Maybe I should have just done one big shop and used the £20ish apg to help train a CS that large apgs are possible and can be legit too :o

Hope everyone that celebrates it had an enjoyable New years Eve. I was tucked up well before midnight, although woke up with all the fireworks. First year in a while I haven't had a big old cry on New Years Eve though, so that was an achievement!

2015 going to be quite a big year. I turn 40, my son turns 18, my daughter is doing her GCSE's then has to decide on 6th form or college. We have a fantastic holiday booked, which I can't wait for. On the downside, I have my bladder removal and reconstruction surgery, which I will probably spend the latter half of the year recuperating from.

My aim is to remain as positive as I can, make a bit more of an effort to do things like leave the house, as I know I've got a bit stuck in a rut since my surgery in 2014. There are plenty of people worse off than me, and I need to keep that in mind when I'm feeling down.

I really hope that 2015 is a positive year for everyone on here, and look forward to hearing what everyone is getting up to throughout the year. I don't always post that much, but I do read the thread (waaaaay too much! :rotfl:), and its nice to be be part of a thread with people who not only understand bargain hunting, but are so supportive of everyone as well. :)

sarahskint reported being charged £4 in-store despite a £3 SEL (and getting £2 GCs too) so I think they are £4 now.

A cheeky person might refuse them at £4 since they have jumped up in price :)

edit to add: Personally, I wouldn't refuse them if they were picked at a price I was expecting (now £4)

    Morning paw sniffers

    Welcome to 2015:)

I've just sorted out all my sachets of moisturiser/ shampoo/rubbish:) and put them in a pile where I can see them in the bathroom and I'm going to work my way through them......why do I apply for them if I'm not going to use them.:o

    Think they'll last until june:rotfl:

I have just done the same. I have squeezed all the part & sample tubes of moisturiser and foundation into tubs then mixed it. Hope they do not react. Not sure what colour my face will be with moisturiser (hopefully not too orange). Think it will last a good month. Put the sachets shampoo/conditioner in my suitacse as will do for nights away. I have also taken loads of decs down and deep cleaned the kitchen. Still in my PJs so going to get dressed now.
