So with the 50 p coupon, these should be 68p.... bargain!

Just been to T - there are no 6 packs of thirst pockets at all so I think that the ones posted were reduced old stock. The coupon also says it is only valid on the 2 pack of new extra long thirst pockets so it may or may not work in the other types?? X

  • Anyone else think the BHS hampers need to come down a bit more? They're great for gifts but the value in them is nowhere near the cost.

Wicker baskets (especially lidded ones) are expensive though so I think it evens it out? I was tempted by those but already have a lidded wicker I've yet to use. That cost me £4 in a charity shop. Brand new ones definitely worth more.

    In my local today...

    Fox's SEL 2-for-£2, scanned at 2-for-£2.50
Toblerone SEL £3, scanned at £4
New Covent Garden Chicken Soup SEL 98p scanned £1.98

I only pulled them up on NCG and got a GC without having to ask. It turned out the SEL referred to the other varieties, but someone had mistakenly put the Chicken soup on the promotional end. (Chicken isn't included in the offer).

Afternoon all, we had a monsoon this morning, just cold now and damp and murky now

Major probs this morning my ancient calculator refused to do minus sums so I had to resort to the old fashioned paper and pencil

I successfully used the cucumber deo with the sanex so that works out at £1.82 for three items is this correct?

I got the brown mila bands but I seem to have got the wrong toothpaste  Where did I go wrong?

I lost a few pence on fillers but I really needed onions and chips

Quick question - I received 2 x Thorntons Moments and teh thirs was subb'd for Thorntons Classics which I rejected - how do I get teh refund for this? Does it just go back on to my card? I have not had an email confirming this?

The 2 Thorntons Moments I did get have squashed boxes too - wish I'd noticed that while I was there xxx

If you pull up your order details online then you can request a refund on the chocs giving a 'damaged' comment in the space for Reason. They do not ask you to return the items to the store. You should find that the rejected subs are deducted from your total taken from your bank/ccard. Keep an eye on it though and check your bank statement to make sure.
