I had an initial 4 year fix on a 25 year mortgage with N'Wide. At the of that time I went onto one of their customer retention products. My term left was, by then, 21 years and the balance was what I owed after those initial 4 years. Just the interest rate and new fixed period changed.

    I overpay every month.

I am not sure how it works on the BOI website as I want to apply for a different ltv. It was 90% but I now want a 75% ltv. Can they move me to a lower band? Will this mean a whole new application?
