This is an open forum and advice given in your thread, may be read by someone who doesn't know that. It's an information site so it was a clear and correct reply.

I'm sure no slight was intended.

I didn't read it wrong actually, but I wasn't giving the specialist advice and thus could rely on my assumption. I do not think the poster would have been right to do that as that advice is here forever and may mislead.

Probably not no. How do you delete a profile. Had enough of going round in circles with all this fantastic advice

I don't really give a !!!! whether you're rude or not but I'll certainly not be inclined to help should you have any other questions.

Other posters and advisers here may feel the same with your attitude.

Of course the other option is to wind your neck in and actually take heed of people on here who KNOW what they are talking about.

Fair point jhoney. Excuse me Ive had a couple drinks. Im actually in good spirits. But have become addicted to this site as I want answers and only because I wanna buy a house and move forward. Nothing is ever easy. I apologise to you both. Best wishes for 2015

I know, it's the same for most of us...don't give up! It seems you have some options and the answer to your question from the professionals that post here is yes. In any event, the late payments are nearly off your record so you are nearly there on that issue.
