I need a good FA - how do I go about finding one?

Hi All

I need to review both my and my husband's pensions and our wills in respect of inheritance tax.

How can I find a good FA in my part of the country (Warwickshire).

I don't just want to pick one off the internet or out of the Yellow book so would prefer one that is recommended.

Can anyone suggest how I go about finding a reputable firm?

Many thanks.

PS Pension pots currently stand at £190,000 (husband age 52) and £121,00 (me age 48). We would like to both retire in approx. 8 years. Not sure if this has any impact on choosing the best FA

"Which" has started to publish a list of approved tradesmen. I wonder whether they could be persuaded to extend the idea to IFAs, or even solicitors.
Free the dunston one next time too.

I doubt it as they prefer to sell their own services. You dont seem to find any best buys in areas they retail themselves as.

the unbiased site is the main one and has the greatest coverage. They only list independent and restricted but whole of market advisers.
