Top Cash Back

I started using Top Cash Back a few months ago, just to give it a go and have now got £9 or so in my account that has been paid by the merchant. But, if I go to the payout section where it says withdraw amount it says £0.00 but I can't type in it. I've tried on the computer at work, on a ipad etc. Has anyone else had any problems actually with their web site or do I have to reach a certain limit before I can withdraw money. Any advice or experience would be appreciated otherwise I might try Quidco? Thanks

I've been using TCB for around a year now & love it, earned myself over £300 from renewing insurances etc through it too.
I can't remember for definite but I think first payout is minimum of £10. Also, some cash back earned can only be redeemed in certain ways. For instance, I earned around £35 from Sky but could only redeem it in a BACS payment or amazon vouchers, not any of he other vouchers on offer.
The other thing it could be is, the cash back amounts go through the process of tracked, confirmed & then payable. Is your amount in confirmed or payable? You can't claim it until it is payable.
Hope it's sorted soon.
FYI - I also used to use quidco but found a lot more or my cash back claims we're rejected even though all transactions were genuine. I've stopped using them now because TCB is much better in my opinion.0 -
If you go to the account overview it will say " pending" "confirmed" and "payable". Sounds like it's confirmed but not yet payable? There is no minimum payout, it will show up for payment when it has been processed. Tbc is not fast payments although I have earned over £100 in total so defiantly worth while.0

There is a dedicated topic here with a TCB representative answering any question

Used them for many years always paid out for me. Granted last year or two seem to have problems with tracking some items even though it definitely logs them as it says it tracked intitally. I just open a ticket but so far always paid.0
