ok so I am starting the new year in a slight panic. My work is on a zero hours contract and the beginning of the year there isn't going to be a lot of work for me (will get better around the middle of the year). I know I have work every Friday which will bring in just under £50 but I am worried as I need to make at least £360 per month and then another say £100 for petrol, food etc.
I have listed items on the bay of e but these are just not selling, they are listed at £0.99 mainly but even that's no helping.
I do surveys when I can but get screened out mostly.
Any of you lovely lot any ideas of what I can do for the immediate future?

There are three threads running today with this exact question- it may be an idea to sit down with a cup of coffee and take a look through some of the threads on this forum- and see if anything takes your fancy. Once you have an idea you can ask questions on the appropriate thread about how to go forward:

Yes that is annoying. I qualify for about 1 in 10, but I now know the types of surveys that I never qualify for and just ignore them so it is less frustrating.
Search on ebay for the item similar to the one you are wanting to sell before putting it up for sale. If they are not selling then the item is probably not worth putting on ebay. It cuts down on a lot of wasted effort. Some people would call it market research.I have listed items on the bay of e but these are just not selling, they are listed at £0.99 mainly but even that's no helping.0 -
You could try mystery shopping. Might get you some food if nothing else.0

As said there are 3 other threads with the same question.
However for Ebay, try to improve your items' title. They might not be coming up on search.
Also it is sales period now and after Christmas people are generally broke. So might not be the great time to sell.ally.0
