I have lurked on this site, and I even posted a bit under a name I cant really remember but now I need to make a real effort. Due to various stuff at work my salary has just taken a jump downwards.
My reaction to this (and in fairness a pretty rotten Christmas) was to spend money like crazy. When I realized I was actively avoiding looking at my credit card totals I knew I had to do something.
So I have posted here to try and encourage myself to start moving forwards instead of backwards. It's time for me to get serious.
