Ah, sorry, self assessment/non residency is beyond me, I'm afraid, and probably trumps the P85! Now bowing out in the hope some experts are reading ...0

Apparently the P85 isn't needed for people who fill in Self Assessment forms. Thanks for your advice!
Let's hope a residency expert can come along and tell me if I'm non-resident for 2015-16. By my understanding, I would be.0 -
It would certainly be harsh if you weren't seen as non-resident (so long as you stayed within the rules and didn't work too much before the end of the tax year).0
