First Time Buyer

Hi,
As you might have seen a thread long ago, I have sold my first home and currently renting for about 1 yr (this March)
My question is, If I want to buy a house what category will I fall in? First time buyer or otherwise? How will this affect my Mortgage options and the interest rates?
Thanks
L
