I have made a claim under sec. 75 CC act 1974 against my credit card company for full repayment of about £2500 for pre paid holidays abroad. I paid a deposit on cc and sent the rest by money transfer .
I have used one of the four weeks bought.Can I claim the full £2500 from the cc company or will the settlement be pro rata?
The company that I bought the weeks from has become insolvent
