Wheelie Bin Replacement

Hi, this is either a warning or a plea for advice!
The wheel fell off my grey bin.
NDBC are quoting £9 for a new wheel/axle set and ArdsBC (my council!) £17 and for a new bin NDBC £22.50 and Ards £34(ish).
Ards couldn't say why they were more expensive.
Not sure whether the axles are compatible, nor if the bins are compatible with each others bin lorries, although I guess so.
If you need a new bin check around.
It will be interesting to see what happens when the two Councils merge in April!
