questionnaire completion date

Options
The remortgage questionnaire requests a preferred completion date, (as soon as possible or specific date) but I have yet to exchange and so I don't know this.

I'm remortgaging in order to release equity and fund the deposit on a new purchase, and the 2nd lender (for the new property) is awaiting details of this deposit information, any advice as to what I should be requesting here??

Ask the solicitor that provided the questionnaire.

  • So you are selling your current property and buying a new property (to live in, or BTL?).
