re mortgage ?

hi i have a mortgage for £58000,house worth £145000,earn £28000 annually.no credit cards.i have been looking at the britania bs no fees 6.54% over 5 years.over 18 years at £457 a month.at the moment i am paying £428 7.14% with skipton svr.over 22 years.does this move look good?

    Have you spoken to Skipton about deals they can offer you as an exisiting customer? I would get these and do a price comparison.

    Due to your mortgage size, I would be looking for low fees or no fees as you have done as it is often not worth paying large fees to get the cheaper rates.

    Accord mortgages have a 5 year free free fixed at 6.29%

    Bank of Ireland have one at 6.35%

    Cheltenham & Gloucester have one at 6.48%

    Make sure you check these out before you commit to anything else
