Your help needed please

Husband 59 me 57 he is working fulltime with overtime I am working 5 jobs but still struggling, fortunately our mortgage finished but owe £50.000 pds on credit cards and a loan, we both feel we cannot keep this pace up for much longer, any advice would be greatly appreciated regards Scottie.
