Toluna points expire

I am so dim, when I was on maternity leave I did loads of surveys, this is 2 years ago now, just copleted one with my daughter and looked at my points total, only to find they have all expired. I didn't know this would happen, thought i could just bank them. Is there anything I can do about it?

Don't think you can as it is on their terms and conditions that you accept when signing up

    Expiration of Points

When Points are credited to your account they will remain valid for one year and four months (16 months) from the date they are earned. If after this period the Points have not been used, they will automatically expire and be deleted from your account. This deduction will always occur towards the end of the month, usually on the 28th day. For example, if you earned Points on 15 March 2013, they will be removed from your account on 28 July 2014, if they are still in your account. Points cannot be redeemed after the expiration date.

  • It's a pain in the wotsit. Same thing happened to me. Toluna is a bit cr*p. I only do the quick polls and I'll probably redeem as soon as I have 30k in points (which gives you a £5 voucher for Starbucks)
