Just completed survey 215852 for 100 points - got told I was DQed after the "you're done, we're just redirecting you" page. Ridiculous.

I've had that sort of thing happen several times. A screenshot in evidence of completion to Customer Services always results in my being credited with the necessary SB. (That said, you can't expect instant response from them just at the moment; they've got some kind of problems.)

Just tried another. "Hooray! You did it. You've successfully completed this survey." NO POINTS.

I've heard they ban people if you message them about not being paid.

I don't know where you heard that, but I raise tickets with SB Customer Support every week, sometimes three or four times a week, and they always respond with courtesy, often alacrity, and almost always SBs. I've reached the stage of getting chatty with them!

    So who are the best?

InboxPounds.com - seems like NO ONE has talked about them here!

Get-Paid.com - see my thread here:
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4888817

Cash Crate - give you bonuses for just completing your profile and doing quick surveys.

And I'm sure there are more.

It's also a national holiday in the US today (and most companies give tomorrow off as well).

I have contacted support a few times. They have always replied promptly and been courteous and helpful. If its a non crediting survey I supply the screen shot that shows I completed it and I include the date ad time (from my computer screen). Its always resulted in the points being added to my account.

Okay so sometimes the site is frustrating, but that's something that happens with 'all' sites at one time or another. Sometimes you just have to go with the flow, switch off and do something else for a while till its playing nice again :-)

I am very pleased with the extra money I have accumulated via Swagbucks. In less than 8 months it has funded a brand new iPhone 6 and also supported my (quite worrying!) ebook habit on Amazon.

Have to bear that in mind!
Though as I said earlier I emailed them twice and got my points.

Like others never heard of that before for normal users and never had a problem with support myself.

Could be if someone is from a country that they don't support or if using a proxy server/VPN to look like they are from the USA to get access to more offers, then sending in a support ticket for something that they only gained access to by cheating would only draw attention to themself and get them kicked out. I have seen on reddit where that has happened but it was their own fault.

Looks like they've reduced our chances to earn even more. The ToolbarTV videos used to take about 40 seconds to credit. As of this morning, they're now taking 70-75 seconds to credit.

On a more positive note, the Random nCrave appears to be back. It's repeatable but you have to wait 20 minutes for it to reappear.

Just had *three* 80SB surveys back-to-back, each one crediting as it should! These, plus bits and pieces going on in the background such as Watch, Swagasaurus Run and nCrave, have swept me past my second target in record time.
