    Yes, got an e-mail with a link to a web page into which I had to enter the answers I wrote on the sheets.

    what do you mean getting the run around?

    if you need to verify your account, you need to request a postcard which normally takes around a week to get here from the US

    if you just need to verify the order, that just means you need to click on a link in the email they send you
