I check this thread about 20 times a day but manage to miss these nearly every time! think they release these when I'm having my dinner on purpose :P

I just had the whole account deactivation because I'm supposedly under 13 thing happen to me today - I've had and used the same account for over 8 years and my date of birth is entered correctly so no idea where they've plucked that from!!

To confuse things even further I've been able to log in again from around lunchtime yet at 6.38pm got an email stating that I won't be able to regain access to my account without providing them with a load of information and a digital declaration - erm!!!?

bearing in mind that, for the second day, I'm largely relying on 'watch' for my points, the fact that i'm now getting 'ulive' cards telling me that videos I have always been able to watch are 'not available in my area' is adding insult to injury

Frustrating couple of days. Just shows how much we all miss the extra SBs for SBTV. Wonder why we get nCrave for a couple of weeks and then it was gone. It made up for the lack of the above.

PS Can't even get a search win!!!!
