No, it is a rebate. Once you claim the gift card, the Swag Up is immediately added to your remaining SB balance.0 -

I'm rapidly going off PeanutLabs! Had about 5 surveys today that claim to be 6 minutes or less, that have then said 20-30 when you qualify.
I'm waiting on two sets of 2720 points from them, which I have emailed but have to wait days for a reply about. (One from 6 days ago and one from 12) I even tried tweeting them but have had nothing back from them that way either! My first win - some Vans
Ooft; on a roll, second win the day after - Tickets for Nottingham Royal Centre.

Has anybody ever had an issue when trying to redeem SB for a gift card?
I usually redeem mine via Paypal but I have just tried to redeem for an Amazon gift card and it has advised that I need to confirm my details and could do this either via a text or postcard, but the text option wouldn't recognise my number?0 -

I think they only accept US numbers although some people may have validated somehow. I validated through a postcard to my address and I just enter the code on the postcard (takes about a week).0 -

Everyone has to validate their account, usually during their first year. Postcard only in the UK, took about a week to arrive.0 -

I've never bothered to contact them when such a thing happens, I have zero confidence or trust in them, so I don't consider it worth my time arguing my case over 30SB or whatever.
Right? There's no point emailing them, it's just frustrating. They're sneaky. My first win - some Vans
