    This is to notify you of an error we discovered in which our system inadvertently over-credited you for several surveys. The error has been corrected and we've deducted the SB that were incorrectly credited. We will also be adding a 50 SB credit to your account due to the error.

    update - lost 75sb, gained 50s. over all loss of 25sb
  • I've just had that email. They've taken 150sb off my account but it only showed up after I went into the My SB tab to see if any had been taken away

  • I had 35SB removed but gained 50 lol! Worked out well for me ;) was that for the email ones crediting even when you didn't qualify?

    I don't do serveys as they are not worth the pi**ing round that you have with them yet they have taken 180sb and given me 50sb
    how does that work :mad:

    Many have posted both here and FB about it.

    There were several people posting last week (think it was) about getting the full credit for for email invite surveys even tho dq'ed and should have got 1sb, so it could be that. SB do monitor several forums so they would have picked up there was an error.
