I had the same thing recently. I contacted PL about it and they have added the SB onto my account. Finding the survey in the list in the My Transactions section of PL and clicking on it gives a way to contact them about the particular offer.

nCrave is back!

For the newbies, you can run this at the same time as Watch, plus Watch in the SB Toolbar, and run Apps at the same time. If you click 'Like on the first nCrave clip, it will move on to the second more quickly.
