tried it and just needs name/email. It then says to continue and enter a promo code but has already credited by that stage so no need to do any more. Easy 2x 102sb :)

Thanks I didn't have these yesterday but I've just had a look and they are there today :j

Is it normal to do what feels like the majority of a survey and then be disqualified? Happened a couple of times lately, once this morning - after spending nearly 10 minutes answering questions in detail, suddenly I don't qualify after all. V frustrating as surely they've got a good bit of info from me from that.

(Obviously I understand being disqualified after the first page or two)

Often happens but sometimes I get credited if I put a complaint in about it, need the details of which survey it was, but other times no credit.
I also agree the disqualification should be limited to the first few pages.

Thanks BiscuitMonster, I didn't think to put in a ticket but have done now - can't hurt.

4 min 60 SB Gold Survey on home page demands a lot of information and does not credit. Slightly dubious about the cookies installed too.

This didn't credit for me either, will put a ticket in - its still showing as available in my gold surveys and homepage though which is strange!

I had the same thing and did the 2nd survey, which although it had the same number, was shorter. I have now been credited but only for 1 of them. Had to submit a claim for a toluna one as well.:(

Today I have had to raise tickets for FOUR 70SB surveys. They aren't all Toluna, by any means; a couple were Harris Interactive. I think the crediting problem must be at the Swagbucks end, since different survey companies are coming up with the same problems.

If I had been credited with only two of those four surveys, I would have reached my second total today :-(
