    They've got a funny idea of when Hallowe'en is - as well as a degree of uncertainty of what time it is in the UK! (I suspect the start time of 8am is correct, since the clocks haven't changed yet.)

    They also have a very odd sense of days:
    How long do I have to collect all 5 Collectors Bills?
    You have 7 days to collect all 5 bills.

    Unless I'm mistaken, October 5 to October 7 is not 7 days' worth of time.

    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    When you're using enCrave what browser are you on? I'm on Chrome and haven't been able to get it up and running for months!!
