Just got a load of emails from Melissa at SB in relation to my missing SB tickets:
"Thank you for your patience! As you know, we work directly with our partners to ensure completions are tracked in the system. Without a confirmed completion, we are unable to continue to fully crediting your account. Understandably, it is frustrating to receive this news after investing your time."
I've not had this so far for non crediting surveys/apps.
I thought from this forum that manual credits were common so I don't understand what the issue is. Anyone else had this problem?MFW :A

Have you been including the url of the completion page? I've had no issues when doing this.0 -

I always take snapshots of the screen as I approach the end of the survey - just pressing the PrtScrn button does it, and each one will overwrite the previous one. When the survey ends, if it doesn't credit immediately I dump the last screenshot into an image processing program and save it as a .gif or .jpg, to use as supporting evidence to Customer Support. I used to have to appeal up to four times a day, but since they fixed the 80 and 70 SB surveys so that they credit automatically I haven't had to appeal one. (I also saved every single one when we had to complete 20 or so surveys to gain a bonus, but didn't need to appeal that one.)0 -
Thanks for your replies. Although the wording of the emails suggests they are relating to survey completions it was actually the app fly and app a day downloads so i sent a screenshot of them. Also the first time I sent a request I didn't do this so they just responded and asked me to send it and it was no problem.MFW :A

Just had an Instant survey on homepage for 30SB,0

Does anyone know if the two surveys on the main page that you can do every day (the ones that say 20 mins and 15 minutes and give 80 and 70SB respectively) - if they can be done more than once a day?
I usually do them daily, but often at least one of them is still on the front page as if it is available. I wouldn't want to waste the time doing a survey if they only credit you once per day.0 -
Yes, they can both be done more than once a day if you qualify. Sometimes one of them will segue straight into another; when that happens I always ensure I have a screenshot, because I don't trust the first one to credit, but these days it actually does.0

Thanks Molly. I think that has happened to me too which is why I was cautious about doing more than one a day.0

Just, perhaps almost, "completed" a survey related to the NSPCC when suddenly it was over quota for this demographic (last question being whether I had heard a particular advert for NSPCC/ChildLine). Would be interested to know whether others have similar experience. (Hope NSPCC aren't paying for my data/responses.)0
